Course Description

Visual Content Creation for the Information Age is a dynamic course designed to equip students with the necessary skills to create, share, and critically evaluate visual content across media from AI to VR and everything in between. Throughout the semester, students will engage in hands-on projects and exercises, to apply the concepts learned. Students will gain exposure to real-world examples of successful visual content campaigns and explore contemporary trends and advancements in the field including artificial intelligence and mixed reality. By the end of this course, students will have a comprehensive understanding of how visual artists make meaning through their work using visual content creation principles and techniques.
