Course Description
This advanced sensing course affords students an in-depth examination into the U.S. Intelligence Community's intelligence collection disciplines, focusing on advanced sensor technologies and collection management. This course equips students with the knowledge and practical skills to leverage cutting-edge sensing technologies including quantum sensing and artificial intelligence for collecting and analyzing critical information that addresses strategic, operational, and tactical intelligence priorities in peacetime and conflict. Focusing on multi-modal sensing techniques, such as electromagnetic spectral sensing, as well as acoustic, geophysical, and materials sensing, students will learn how to develop a collection strategy that drives focused data collection based on prioritized intelligence needs.
