CATALOG DESCRIPTIONThis course will equip students with skills in conceptualizing, developing, implementing, and evaluating small-scale projects in global health and development.

HPS 533: FUNDAMENTALS OF GLOBAL HEALTH & DEVELOPMENT -- 3 UNITS 

CATALOG DESCRIPTION: This course will introduce students to the world’s diversity of health determinants. It will appraise major global health and development challenges, policies, and programs.

HPS  559 - Management of Global Public Health Emergencies -- 3 UNITS

CATALOG DESCRIPTION: Students will develop the knowledge and skills to work in national and international contexts by contributing to and managing global public health humanitarian crises and programs. Graduate students will have advanced level material and additional assignments as shown in the syllabus.
