The following are core coursework requirements for the Studies of Global Media M.A (7 units):
All courses are 3 units*

• GLO 560 Disinformation and Information Security in a Global Media Context

• GLO 540 Freedom of Expression and the Right to Information

• GLO 698 Capstone (1 unit)*

There are 8 courses required from the electives listed below (24 units). 
A minimum of five courses must be selected from the Studies of Global Media Program.
