Program Description
Interested in deepening your understanding of feminist theory and feminist social movements? Consider a Graduate Certificate in Gender & Women's Studies. You'll take courses such as Feminist Theories and Feminist Knowledge and Methods while engaging in discourse with faculty and peers on current and prospective feminist issues. The interdisciplinary nature of the graduate certificate means coursework comes from a range of fields. Examples: Indigenous and American Indian Studies; Queer, Transgender and Sexuality Studies; and Feminist Science and Technology Studies. Students are eligible if they have already earned a B.A. and are either enrolled in other graduate programs at the university or are working professionals.
