HIPCDCRTG - Health Information Privacy, Compliance, and Data Security

The Graduate Certificate in Health Information Privacy, Compliance and Data Security consists of 12 credit units (4 courses at 3 credit units each). A Graduate Certificate will be awarded upon completion of four of the following courses. 

• course: Introduction to Information Privacy

• course: Data Security and Cybersecurity in Healthcare

• course: Health Information Technology

• course: Telehealth Law and Policy

• course: Introduction to Biomedical Informatics

• course: Healthcare Information Systems

Students may select one course from another health law and policy certificate offering, or from the Master of Legal Studies course offering, as an elective, upon approval from the program advisor.

Course credits in the Health Law & Policy Certificates may be applied to Arizona Law degree programs.
