A minimum of 18 units are required in the minor.

A minimum GPA of 2.0 is required in the minor coursework.
AND
A minimum of 3 units in the minor must be taken at the University of Arizona.
AND
A minimum of 6 upper division units are required in the minor.
Will appear fully satisfied when Math Teaching Minor Requirements and Math Teaching Minor Graduation Requirements are satisfied.
Completing the mathematics teaching minor is not sufficient for AZ Teaching Certification. Students who wish to become Certified in Teaching must complete a teacher certification program and/or meet the requirements aligned with the AZ Department of Education.
