Program Requirements

Pharmaceutical Sciences Minor Requirements

Most minor courses have prerequisites that will need to be completed prior to enrollment. Please consult with your minor advisor to develop a plan for minor completion.

A maximum of 6 units of research/thesis/independent study (including PCOL 299, 299H, 392, 399, 399H, 492, 498H, 499, and 499H) may count toward the 18-unit minor requirement.

The minor requires at least 6 unique units that are not used to satisfy any other major or minor requirements within the same degree. The remaining units may be double-dipped, but only if allowed by your other major/minor program.
Fulfill ALL of the following requirements:
Complete 9 units.
Earn at least 9 credits from the following:
AND
Complete 9 units.
Either PSIO 202 OR PSIO 380 may count toward the minor.
Either CHEM 241B OR 242B OR 246B OR 346 may count toward the minor.
Earn at least 9 credits from the following:
Pharmaceutical Sciences Minor Graduation Requirements
Fulfill ALL of the following requirements:
A minimum of 18 units are required in the minor.
AND
A minimum GPA of 2.0 is required in the minor coursework.
AND
A minimum of 3 units in the minor must be taken at the University of Arizona.
AND
A minimum of 9 upper division units are required in the minor.
Minor in Pharmaceutical Sciences
