RED 201 - Introduction to Real Estate should be taken first in minor core and is a pre-requisite (with C-grade or better) to RED 401 - Intro to Real Estate Finance.

To qualify to take RED 498 capstone, Students must have completed RED 401 with a grade of C or better. This course is intended to be the final course offering for students in the Minor

Fulfill ALL of the following requirements:
A minimum of 18 units are required in the minor.
AND
A minimum GPA of 2.0 is required in the minor coursework.
AND
A minimum of 3 units in the minor must be taken at the University of Arizona.
AND
A minimum of 9 upper division units are required in the minor.
