Program Description

The Minor in Semiconductor Manufacturing provides students with critical interdisciplinary skills required to pursue a successful career in the broad area of semiconductor manufacturing and technology. The SM Minor's curriculum draws from a comprehensive collection of elective course offerings, providing the student a strong foundation in semiconductor processing, device design and fabrication, advanced packaging, and semiconductor supply chain management.

- Demonstrate knowledge of the foundational scientific and technological concepts that underlie semiconductor manufacturing.
- Demonstrate the ability to utilize modern engineering tools and statistical analysis methods that enable semiconductor manufacturing.
