Students accepted into the online Graduate Certificate in Applied Nutrition must complete 12 units, comprised of 9 core units and 3 elective units.
Core Courses: 9 units
Students may select electives from a variety of approved graduate-level courses. Following is a partial list of possible electives. Note: Students admitted to the program receive a more extensive list of elective course options.

Other Arizona Online courses can be used for elective courses with program director’s approval.
Newly admitted students are required to attend a program orientation prior to their first term/semester of coursework.
