All courses listed are available to students in the Main Campus program. Courses labeled with an asterisk (*) will be available for students in both MPA programs (Main Campus and Arizona Online).
No more than 6 units of elective coursework may be taken outside of the School of Government & Public Policy. Students who started the MPA program prior to this policy update are exempt and may complete up to 12 units outside SGPP. MPA students who are enrolled in an approved dual degree program are exempt from this updated policy and may complete up to 15 units outside of SGPP.
A comprehensive list of additional pre-approved elective coursework can be found on each program’s Brightspace page. Please note that courses may not be offered every semester or academic year. If students find a course of interest not on the pre-approved list, please check with program leadership prior to enrollment to make sure the course is appropriate for MPA study.
