The Graduate College requires that a student complete a formal minor course of study. The minor is to reflect a student's interest with specific coursework determined by the minor department. The Graduate College requires a minor of at least 9 units of graduate-level coursework and chosen from the list of Graduate Programs found here. It is solely the responsibility of students and their advisers to know and understand the requirements for a minor from any specific department. Although there is a minimum of 9 units required by the Graduate College for a minor, many departments require more than 9 units.
Please refer to the Graduate Student Handbook for students who are pursuing this program of study.
